Memberships & Packages

Addicted to blowouts? We have something for you.


MONTHLY Memberships

The VIP Membership $150 (Save $38)

  • 4 blowouts + 2 scalp massages a month
  • 10% off all hair care products (extensions and accessories not included)
  • Unused blowouts “rollover” month to month and never expire during your membership
  • Receive $5 off any additional blowouts you may need beyond 4 per month
The Regular Membership $78 (Save $16)

  • 2 blowouts + 1 scalp massage a month
  • 10% off all hair care products (extensions and accessories not included)
  • Unused blowouts “rollover” month to month and never expire during your membership
  • Receive $5 off any additional blowouts you may need beyond 2 per month

Memberships have a 6-month minimum sign-up. Cannot be cancelled within 6 months of signing up. Memberships cannot be frozen. Memberships are used by one guest only and cannot be transferred to another guest.


Packages

$120     Buy a pack of 3 blowouts (Save $6)

$230     Buy a pack of 6 blowouts (Save $22)

$450     Buy a pack of 12 blowouts (Save $54)

Packages never expire. Packages are used by one guest only and cannot be transferred to another guest.


Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling More Than 3 Hours From Your Appointment
If you cancel more than 3 hours before your appointment, no problem. Log-in to your online booking account and cancel online or call the location of your service to cancel your appointment. Sending emails or replying to appointment confirmations will not be considered a cancellation and you will be subject to a charge.

Cancelling Within 3 Hours
Cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment start time will be charged 50% of the service booked.

No-Call/No-Show Appointments
All no-call and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.


Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you can check in and get settled. We know late happens sometimes and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. If you’re 10 minutes past your appointment start-time, we may need to switch your service booked to a shorter service, put you first in line for the next opening, or reschedule you for another time. If you’re running late, please give us a call at the location of your service.

Return Policy

Services
If your experience was short of perfect, please reach out to us. We do not refund services, but it’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied.

Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges on products. We stand behind our products and would love to show you the best way to use them if you feel they are not performing when you’re using them at home. If your product has a manufacturer defect, please bring it in to one of our locations with your receipt to receive an exchange.

Gift Cards
Physical gift cards are like cash. They can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash.
